Murcia International Airport (RMU) is the new commercial airport for the Murcia Costa Calida region Spain. Murcia Airport located in Corvera is the direct replacement and update from the previous shared military airport at San Javier Murcia (MJA) approximately 40km away.

Opened in January 2019, Murcia International Airport boasts an impressive 28,500 m² terminal building with all the modern facilities associated with a new international airport terminal. The first floor that is easily accessed via the travelator, lifts or stairs has the security screening section, passport control, Costa Coffee, Subway, Food & Goods, Duty free shop and the aircraft boarding gates.
